Job summary

Circle K in Akron, Ohio is seeking a Food Service Trainer to serve as the store's Food Category expert and ensure top-quality execution across all food operations. You will train and coach associates on production, replenishment, ordering, organization, sanitization and customer service, lead in-store food sampling, and ensure FIFO and planogram compliance while reducing waste and shrink.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in FMCG retail and/or foodservice with training or supervisory experience.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the in-store Food Category expert and ensure food execution.
• Train and coach associates on production, replenishment, and sanitation.
• Lead in-store food sampling and ensure FIFO and proper rotation.
• Maintain planograms and display food items per BU guidelines.
• Collaborate with BUQAS and management on foodservice training programs.
