Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods retail or Foodservice.
• Experience in training, leadership, and team building.
• Strong communication in English; French skills in Quebec Provinces.
• Food safety practices and procedures.
• Food Manager Certification (ServSafe or NRFSP).

Responsibilities

• In-store training for food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, organization, sanitization and customer service.
• Plan and execute food sampling for employees and customers.
• Monitor shrink while improving sales, to maximize foodservice profit.
• Ensure foodservice areas are stocked and rotated using FIFO.
• Be the go-to person for questions related to food products and services.
