Job summary

Qualifications

• Education/instructional, or equivalent retail training experience.
• Leading or supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train store employees on food execution, production, replenishment and customer service.
• Ensure food safety practices and rotation using FIFO.
• Coach associates on product display and planograms provided by BUQAS.
• Lead in-store training on new Foodservice programs and refreshers.
• Monitor shrink and keep foodservice within budgeted expectations.
