Job summary

Circle K is hiring for a full-time Foodservice Trainer/Lead at Store 2746246 in Shakopee, MN. The role focuses on in-store food category expertise, staff training, and maintaining food safety and stock rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Manager Certification (ServSafe/NRFSP) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in FMCG or Foodservice; leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-store food category expert to maximize sales and reduce waste.
• Train and coach staff on food execution, replenishment, and customer service.
• Lead food safety practices and ensure FIFO stock rotation.
• Plan and execute in-store food sampling and training sessions.
• Manage ordering to minimize out-of-stocks and shrink.
• Monitor shrink and drive foodservice profitability.
