Job summary

Salted is seeking a Lead Line Cook in Pasadena, CA. The position offers an hourly rate of $22–$24 and requires leadership experience along with strong kitchen skills. You will oversee line stations, ensure consistency with recipes, and maintain food quality and safety on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years kitchen experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• Advanced kitchen skills, including knife/prep work, sauté, and more.

• Take ownership of the opening, closing, and shift hand-off process
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Communicate customer order information to our virtual FOH team

Requirements

• A leader who demonstrates initiative and leads by example.
• Minimum Of 2 Years Of Kitchen Experience
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
• Advanced kitchen skills, including knife/prep work, sauté, and more.
• Can stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
