Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Food Lead to oversee the foodservice area, ensure safety, cleanliness, and stock levels, and support other associates during the 4am-12pm schedule.

The role includes operating the POS, maintaining temperature logs, preparing sandwiches, and upholding the Hi Five Guest Experience.

This position requires food safety certification and the ability to train teammates and manage inventory.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to UDF/state regulations.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and other store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas according to SOPs.
• Prepare dipside items and ensure correct dating and food safety.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and assist guests with service.
• Assist management with training and daily store operations.
