Job summary

Qualifications

• Speak, hear and understand English well for customer interactions.
• Able to become Food Safety certified per state regulations.
• Operate store equipment and POS terminal; interpret operating instructions.
• Prepare DipSide items and foodservice offerings following SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area.
• Ensure food safety and correct dating of products; monitor temperatures.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and assist guests on shift.
• Stock, rotate, and present dip cabinet, deli case, and beverages.
• Train associates on foodservice programs and SOPs.
• Complete ordering to prevent stockouts and manage foodservice supplies.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation of foodservice areas and equipment.
