• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales analysis, customer development, commercial analytics, finance, category management, or related analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, data analysis, and financial modeling.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles, CA four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, sales, pricing, distributor, and market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Evaluate bids, RFPs, and customer opportunities to support pricing strategies.
• Develop recurring reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and trends.
• Support customer development and field sales teams by coordinating resources.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support pricing decisions.
• Track customer opportunities and program performance to ensure growth objectives.
• Enhance sales processes and reporting tools to improve data‑driven decisions.
