This onsite role collaborates with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to deliver insights and scalable operations.

You will manage HR systems, governance, and reporting, driving improvements that support business decisions and enhance the employee experience across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years in HR operations, HRIS, or HR analytics.
• 1+ year of experience leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with data reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
• Compliance and audit support, preferably federal contractor experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle operations from hire to separation.
• Manage HR systems and data governance for accuracy and audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP and EEO standards.
• Deliver HR reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
• Drive process optimization to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and leaders.
• Provide leadership and coaching to HR Specialists.
