• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles, CA four days per week.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking an Analyst, Customer Development, Food Service to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As an Analyst, Customer Development, Food Service, you will play a critical role in driving profitable growth by transforming sales, pricing, customer, distributor, bid, and market data into actionable business insights. This position supports strategic decision-making, strengthens customer development efforts, and helps accelerate growth across the Food Service business through data-driven recommendations and cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires you to be onsite in Los Angeles, CA four days per week, giving you hands‑on collaboration with the team and daily exposure to the pulse of the business.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $75,000–$85,000

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll be Doing)

• Analyze customer, sales, pricing, distributor, and market data to identify growth opportunities and recommend commercial actions.
• Evaluate bids, RFPs, and customer opportunities to support competitive pricing strategies and improve business win rates.
• Develop recurring reports and dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance, customer trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support customer development and field sales teams by coordinating resources and activities that advance customer opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support pricing decisions, customer initiatives, and business priorities.
• Track customer opportunities, new business activity, and program performance to ensure execution against growth objectives.
• Enhance sales processes, reporting tools, and analytical resources to improve efficiency and strengthen data‑driven decision-making.
