Lunds & Byerlys in Northeast Minneapolis is hiring a Part-time Food Service Cook to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers. The role offers a part-time schedule with shifts from 3:00pm to 10:00pm and a competitive hourly wage of $19.00-$21.00.

Responsibilities include preparing deli recipes, greeting customers, slicing meats and cheeses, stocking and maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year cooking experience in deli or food service.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Lunds & Byerlys Northeast Minneapolis is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing Part-time Food Service Cook to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a part-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 3:00pm - 10:00pm.

Food Service Cook Responsibilities

• Preparing chef-created deli recipes
• Greeting and assisting customers
• Slicing deli meats, cheeses, and breads
• Stocking, rotating, and staging deli merchandise to ensure quality and freshness
• Creating a welcoming and safe environment
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the department

Minimum Qualifications

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent

• Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification
  • Communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
