Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Customer service experience preferred; minimum of one year cooking experience in deli or food service.
• Other: Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification; communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Lunds & Byerlys St Louis Park is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing Full - time Food Service Cook to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a Full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $21.50 - $27.25/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am - 9:00pm.

FOOD SERVICE COOK RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Food Service Cooks are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Preparing chef-created deli recipes
• Greeting and assisting customers
• Slicing deli meats, cheeses, and breads
• Stocking, rotating, and staging deli merchandise to ensure quality and freshness
• Creating a welcoming and safe environment
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the department

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
