Lunds & Byerlys Burnsville is hiring a vibrant and outgoing PartFood Service Clerk for a part-time schedule, offering a competitive wage of $17.00 - $18.00/hr. The store operates 7 days a week, 6:00am-10:00pm, with shifts typically from 1:00pm to 10:00pm.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, slicing deli items, weighing and pricing, stocking, and maintaining a clean, welcoming department. The ideal candidate is a team player who is respectful, innovative, and hospitable.

Qualifications

Lunds & Byerlys Burnsville is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing PartFood Service Clerk to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a part-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $17.00 - $18.00/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 1:00pm - 10:00pm.

FOOD SERVICE CLERK RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Food Service Clerks are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Slicing deli meats, cheeses, and breads
• Wrapping, weighing, and pricing deli items accurately
• Stocking, rotating, and staging deli merchandise to ensure quality and freshness
• Creating a welcoming and safe environment
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the department

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in deli or food service
• Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification

Communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
