SSA Group in Birmingham, AL seeks a friendly Food Service Associate to join our hospitality team. You will help deliver warm, welcoming experiences for guests, assist with restaurant prep, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and quality standards across daily operations.

Ideal candidates are team players with strong interpersonal skills, problem solving ability, and flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest.
• Support restaurant prep (FOH and line) for daily operation.
• Meet daily service standards for safety, quality, availability, merchandising and guest service.
• Participate in safety logs including food temperatures, rotation and waste as necessary.
• Maintain proper uniform, hygiene, and glove use; ensure SSA Safety rules are followed.
• Remain knowledgeable of all menu items, prices and specials for sharing with guests.
