Job summary

MetraPark is seeking a Food Service Assistant to help the Food and Beverage Manager oversee concession operations across the MetraPark complex, including events and public gatherings. You will supervise part-time staff, prepare and sell items, manage inventory, and handle cash reconciliation.

Responsibilities include coordinating with caterers, ensuring sanitary practices, and reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year experience in food service, catering, concession operations, or related.

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Experience/Training:

• High School Diploma; and
• One (1) year experience in food service, catering, concession operations, or related experience.

Certifications:

• Valid Driver's License.
• Serve Safe Certification within six (6) month probationary period.

Required:

• Must pass a criminal and driving background check and meet any County-specific employment eligibility standards.
