Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, NV is seeking a Cook for the Manhattan Deli to join our high-volume kitchen team. You will prepare a wide range of dishes, follow recipes, and maintain quality and speed during busy service periods.

Responsibilities

Prepare a wide variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, salads, and desserts.
Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
Ensure food safety and quality through proper handling and sanitation.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and timely service.
Utilize grilling, frying, sautéing, baking, and roasting techniques.
Monitor inventory and communicate shortages or excesses to the sous chef or kitchen manager.
