Job summary

Saint Therese in Brooklyn Park, MN, is seeking a Part-Time Culinary Aide to join our dining team. You will provide friendly meal service to residents, serve meals according to menus and dietary guidelines, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of serving or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive meal service to residents per menu and diet guidelines.
• Serve meals accurately and efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Clear tables, assist with dish removal, and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Support additional nutrition service duties to ensure smooth dining operations.
• Follow diet cards, menus, and service instructions for accurate meal delivery.
• Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude toward residents and staff.
• Collaborate with culinary and dining team members to support quality service.

Part-Time | Culinary Aide

Schedule:

1. 10:30am-7:00pm (64 hours/pay period)

Pay Range:

$18.44 - $25.03 per hour (based on experience)

Preferred:

1. Experience in senior living, healthcare dining, or restaurant environments

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

4. Ability to meet physical demands of the position (standing, walking, lifting trays, etc.)
