Job summary

Saint Therese-MONROE, MI is seeking Nursing Assistant Certified professionals for both full-time and part-time roles on the Midnight shift (10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.). Positions include 48-hour per two-week pay periods with a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a State-approved Nurse Assistant Training program.
• Must be currently certified in good standing through the Michigan Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Ability to carry out assignments independently and accurately.
• Demonstrated sound judgment, integrity, and professionalism.
• Sensitivity to resident needs and compassionate, person-centered service.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents per individualized care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using approved techniques and equipment.
• Support residents with daily living activities while preserving dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Promote a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and team members.

Schedules Per Two-Week Pay Period:

Positions available in skilled and short-term rehab units Include working every other weekend and every other holiday

Midnight Shift

10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. (Part-time, 48 hours)

Pay Range: $21.24 - $27.62 per hour (based on experience), this includes the direct care worker incentive

Sign on Bonus of $2,000 for positions working 48+ hours per two-week pay period and $1,000 for 16-47 hours per two week pay period!

Qualifications

Education Required:

1. Successful testing and completion of a State-approved Nurse Assistant Training program
2. Current certification in good standing through the Michigan Nursing Assistant Registry is required

2. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
