Job summary

Saint Therese in Brooklyn Park, MN offers a part-time Food Server role with a 6:00am-2:30pm schedule (32 hours per pay period). The position pays $18.44-$25.03 per hour based on experience and includes same-day pay options and a benefits package.

You will serve meals to residents, assist with dietary guidelines, clear tables, and support dining operations in a friendly, team-focused environment. Prior serving or hospitality experience is preferred and good communication is essential.

• Provide friendly, attentive meal service to residents and tenants in accordance with menu and diet guidelines

• Support additional nutrition service duties as assigned to ensure smooth dining operations


• Follow diet cards, menus, and service instructions to ensure accurate meal delivery


• Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude toward residents, families, and team members


• Work collaboratively with culinary and dining team members to support quality service

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous serving or hospitality experience


• Ability to read English and follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment


• Ability to meet physical demands of the position (standing, walking, lifting trays, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
