Job summary

Hydrite is seeking problem-solvers to join our growing team in Rexburg, Idaho. The role provides consultative service to sanitation customers in the food industry and supports Business Development and Regional Managers in strengthening relationships at all levels of management.

Frequent overnight travel across southern Idaho is required. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in related fields, strong knowledge of food sanitation, and excellent communication and computer skills to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical or marketing degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of food and/or dairy sanitation and its effect on quality and profitability.
• Possess mechanical aptitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative service to sanitation customers in the Food Industry.
• Assist Business Development Managers and Regional Managers in managing relationships at all levels.
• Travel overnight frequently throughout southern Idaho based on business needs.
• Identify corrective actions on-site and communicate deviations to Regional Manager.
• Contribute to plant surveys, service plans and ongoing value delivery for Hydrite’s program.
