Job summary

Hydrite Chemical Co. seeks problem-solvers to join our sanitation services team. The primary role is consultative service to sanitation customers within the Food Industry, with overnight travel required across the area based on business needs.

You will support Business Development Managers and Regional Managers, assist in plant surveys and service plan design, and help grow the business within each account. Strong communication, problem-solving, and field skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required; technical or marketing degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of food and/or dairy sanitation, its effect on food quality, and customer profitability.
• Possess mechanical aptitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Power Point, Word, Excel, and other related software.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers optimizing their plant sanitation programs to meet PAMP goals and standards.
• Identify and facilitate corrective actions on-site before engaging other Hydrite departments.
• Determine, articulate and manage the steps to meet PAMP goals.
• Prepare written service/usage reports for customers and managers.
• Explain process flow at each account and identify latent problems.
• Train sanitation employees in group settings as needed.
• Assist in plant surveys, service plans design, and cost plan adjustments.
• Meet annual goals with Regional Manager and execute related tasks.
