Job summary

Hydrite is seeking a Food Program Manager to provide consultative service to sanitation customers in the Food Industry. Frequent overnight travel throughout southern Idaho is required, and you will support Business Development and Regional Managers to grow accounts.

You will assess plant sanitation programs, drive corrective actions, prepare service reports, and train staff. A strong background in food/dairy sanitation, 5+ years experience, and solid communication and MS Office skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical or marketing degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of food and/or dairy sanitation and its impact on quality.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve sanitation customers to optimize programs per plant surveys and PAMP goals.
• Identify corrective actions on-site and coordinate with Hydrite teams.
• Deliver written service/usage reports for customers and managers.
• Communicate deviations from survey to Regional Manager immediately.
• Assist in plant surveys, presentations, and service plan design.
• Meet annual goals with Regional Manager and execute sales/service tasks.
• Train sanitation staff in group settings.
• Maintain adherence to SOPs and safety requirements.
