Job summary

Hydrite is seeking a Food Program Manager to provide consultative service to sanitation customers within the Food Industry. Overnight travel across the region is required to support accounts and drive service excellence.

You will work with Business Development and Regional Managers to manage relationships at all levels, execute PAMP goals, and help grow Hydrite's service program. Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 5 years in related field; strong communication and computer skills; valid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required; technical or marketing degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of food and/or dairy sanitation and its impact on food quality and profitability for customers.
• Mechanical aptitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and related software.

Responsibilities

• Service customers by optimizing their plant sanitation programs to meet PAMP goals.
• Identify and facilitate corrective actions on-site when applicable.
• Prepare written service/usage reports for customers and management.
• Understand and articulate the process flow at each account.
• Identify latent problems and propose solutions.
• Communicate deviations from survey to Regional Manager immediately.
• Assist in plant surveys, presentations, and service plan design to deliver Hydrite’s value.
• Meet annual goals with Regional Manager and execute sales/service tasks.
