Hydrite Chemical Co. is seeking problem-solvers to join our growing team in providing consultative sanitation services to food industry customers in southern Idaho.

The role requires frequent overnight travel within the region, collaboration with regional managers and business development teams, and delivering plant surveys, service plans, and cost adjustments to drive customer profitability. Strong communication and sanitation expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of food and/or dairy sanitation and its impact on quality and profitability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative sanitation services to Hydrite’s food industry customers.
• Assist Business Development and Regional Managers in relationship management.
• Travel frequently within southern Idaho as required by business needs.
• Conduct plant surveys, deliver service plans, and adjust cost plans where applicable.
• Prepare written service/usage reports for customers and managers.
• Train sanitation employees in group settings and communicate deviations to Regional Manager.
