Job summary

Hydrite Chemical Co. is seeking a Food Program Manager to provide consultative sanitation services to customers in the Idaho food industry.

You will support Business Development and Regional Managers while growing account relationships and driving service value across accounts. The role involves frequent overnight travel in southern Idaho, with responsibilities to optimize sanitation programs, manage service plans, and deliver continuous profit improvement for customers while adhering to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; technical or marketing degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of food and/or dairy sanitation and its impact on food quality and profitability.
• Possess mechanical aptitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have strong computer skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and related software.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers by optimizing their plant sanitation programs to meet PAMP goals.
• Identify and facilitate corrective actions on-site before escalating to other Hydrite departments.
• Define steps to meet PAMP goals and communicate progress.
• Prepare written service/usage reports for customers and managers.
• Understand and articulate process flows at each account.
• Identify latent customer problems and provide solutions.
• Report deviations from survey to Regional Manager immediately.
• Assist in plant surveys and service plan design to deliver Hydrite's value.
• Adjust customer cost plans where applicable.
• Meet annual objectives with the Regional Manager and execute the service cycle.
• Perform duties per SOPs and other tasks as assigned.
• Train sanitation employees in group settings.
• Maintain Hydrite standards of excellence in facilities, products, and services.
• Participate in regulatory and safety training as required.
