Job summary

Lactalis US Yogurt in Londonderry, NH is seeking a FSQ Customer Support Analyst to ensure product quality documentation and food safety compliance, including supplier and customer communications.

You will collaborate with plant quality, R&D, sales, consumer relations and external partners, maintain regulatory databases, and support export/import documentation activities. Hybrid work with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Major in chemistry, food science and/or microbiology is preferred.
• 5+ years Food Safety & Quality, Yogurt experience is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of GFSI, HACCP, US food regulations (PMO, FDA).
• Strong documentation and record-keeping for FSQ activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ingredient and formulation databases and respond to data requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain regulatory databases for Export, Private Label and Food Service.
• Manage customer technical requests and ensure traceable documentation.
• Organize sampling programs and support product development initiatives.
• Partner with internal plants and external partners to drive improvements.
