Job summary

Lactalis US Yogurt in Londonderry, NH is seeking a FSQ Performance Management and Lab Engineer to ensure product quality and food safety compliance. You will document QA processes, support lab calibration, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, consumer relations, and suppliers.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Food Safety & Quality, with yogurt experience preferred. Travel up to 40% and a hybrid work policy may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• A major in chemistry, food science and/or microbiology is preferred.
• 5+ years Food Safety & Quality, Yogurt experience is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of GFSI, HACCP, US food regulations (PMO, FDA).
• Solid knowledge of laboratory practices and dairy processing.
• Deep understanding of Food Safety & Quality applied to products.
• Understanding of statistical process control for product quality.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory Excellence: implement Lactalis laboratory requirements across sites.
• Document lab practices and train employees.
• Harmonize lab practices, share SOPs, Wis, and forms.
• Support calibration of lab equipment and audits.
• Prepare lab audit reports and develop improvement action plans.
• Track KPIs and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with QA teams, R&D, and external partners.
