Job summary

Lactalis USA in Londonderry, NH is seeking an FSQ Customer Support Analyst to ensure product quality and food safety compliance, manage documentation, and support export/import needs. You will work with plant quality, corporate quality, R&D, sales, and external partners to align duties with company goals and values.

Qualified applicants bring 5+ years in Food Safety & Quality, knowledge of GFSI/HACCP, and strong record-keeping, communication, and project management skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in chemistry, food science and/or microbiology preferred.
• 5+ years in Food Safety & Quality, yogurt experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of GFSI, HACCP, US food regulations (PMO, FDA).
• Understanding of statistical process control and application to product quality.
• Proficiency with data management portals and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain databases with ingredient and formulation requirements and respond to information requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate information and meet customer requirements.
• Maintain regulatory databases and ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
• Manage customer technical requests and ensure records are complete and recallable.
• Organize sampling programs and assist in business development initiatives.
• Ensure quality is fundamental in all work activities and maintain accuracy with external customers.
• Partner with Lactalis US Yogurt plants and quality teams on continuous improvement.
