Job summary

Lactalis American Group in Londonderry, NH, is hiring a FSQ Performance Management and Lab Engineer to oversee product quality and food safety compliance. You will ensure documentation and support for new and existing product quality, respond to consumer complaints, and manage finished product specifications and risk assessments.

The role requires collaboration with plant quality teams, R&D, and external partners to align with corporate goals, with reporting to the Corporate Industrial Quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Chemistry, Food Science and/or Microbiology preferred.
• 5+ years Food Safety & Quality, Yogurt experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of GFSI, HACCP, US food regulations (PMO, FDA).
• Strong understanding of laboratory practices and dairy processing.
• Understanding of statistical process control and its application to product quality.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory Excellence: implement Lactalis requirements, document practices, train employees.
• Industrial Quality & Performance: investigate product complaints, analyze KPIs, drive corrective actions.
• Maintain KPI tracking and ensure adherence to Lactalis standards across sites.
• Collaborate with internal plants, R&D, and external partners to meet company objectives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual lab reports; support action plans.
