Lactalis US Yogurt, Inc. is hiring a FSQ Performance Management and Lab Engineer in Londonderry, NH. You will support product quality, food safety compliance, and risk assessments across lab and plant operations.

Collaborate with quality teams, R&D, and suppliers to meet corporate standards. Travel up to 40% may be required, with a focus on documentation, audits, and continual improvement in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• A major in chemistry, food science and/or microbiology is preferred.
• 5+ years Food Safety & Quality, Yogurt experience is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of GFSI, HACCP, US food regulations, i.e. PMO, FDA.
• Solid knowledge of laboratory practices and dairy processing.
• Deep understanding of Food Safety & Quality as applied to our products.
• Understanding of statistical process control and application for product quality.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory Excellence: document practices, training, audit reports, action plans.
• Industrial Quality & Performance: investigate complaints, KPI reviews, corrective actions.
• Maintain KPI tracking and ensure adherence to Lactalis standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal plants, R&D, consumer relations, and external partners.
• Communicate issues to senior management and promote best practices.
