Job summary

Lactalis US Yogurt in Londonderry, NH is hiring a Quality Lab Technician to perform timely evaluations of raw materials, products, and processes supporting quality manufacturing and shipment. You will adhere to quality standards, maintain records, and deliver HACCP and food safety training.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent (science), 3+ years in the food industry, and strong dairy knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience (5 years) required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Major in a scientific discipline is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in the food industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of milk and dairy product science and technology.
• Experience developing and implementing quality policies and HACCP-related programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to quality standards, pasteurized milk ordinance, and state regulations.
• Enforce Quality policies and GMP compliance; ensure accurate quality records.
• Develop and deliver Quality, Food Safety, and HACCP training and communication.
• Manage SAP product specifications and update entries.
• Use statistical tools to evaluate quality and compliance trends.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Manufacturing on sanitary design.
