The ideal candidate can read basic accounting documents, handle data entry accurately, and work flexible hours including weekends during peak times.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or high school diploma with two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret basic accounting information including Bills of Lading, Invoices, Statements, and Purchase orders.
• Ability to accurately record data on forms and respond professionally in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to present information clearly to customers, vendors, and growers.
• Ability to calculate figures and convert between units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Greet all growers, truck drivers, customers, and visitors with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate truck scale to weigh inbound and outbound loads and provide weight certificates.
• Prepare daily shipping documents by lot and PO numbers for operations personnel.
• Enter bean receipts and grades in the ERP system and file copies.
• Manage and store grower and processing samples and maintain company drive records.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and reporting.
• Be available for extended hours including weekends during peak times.
• Comply with food safety and safety training and report issues to management.

Education

Associates degree or High school diploma with 2 years related experience
