Job summary

Hard Rock Biloxi is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support servers and kitchen staff. You will handle dishwashing, silverware polishing, and restocking, while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates are highly energetic, detail oriented, and capable of communicating effectively with team members. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays on a fast-paced casino-hospitality floor.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mathematical skills and be able to add, subtract, and divide.
• Detail oriented with a professional appearance and attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of the menu.
• Places dirty dishes and utensils in proper order.
• Polishes silverware.
• Helps servers restock unused condiments, sugar caddies, and salt/pepper shakers.
• Removes items guests are done with and returns them to the kitchen.
• Restocks items brought to dish room to be cleaned: coffee cups, saucers, creamer cups, trays, coffee pots, glasses, and silverware.
• Maintains all proper sanitation practices.
• Stocks and folds table napkins.
• Runs all food items to the proper areas for the Servers and Bartenders
• Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in a positive manner with guests and coworkers.
• Upholds the Mission Statement – We create authentic experiences that rock.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains knowledge of the menu.
• Places dirty dishes and utensils in proper order.
• Polishes silverware.
• Helps servers restock unused condiments, sugar caddies, and salt/pepper shakers.
• Makes sure all lost and found articles are turned into supervisor.
• Restocks items brought to dish room to be cleaned: coffee cups, saucers, creamer cups, trays, coffee pots, glasses (wine glasses, water goblets), and silverware.
• Maintains all proper sanitation practices.
• Stocks and folds table napkins.
• Maintains knowledge of property information, including memorabilia.
• Runs all food items to the proper areas for the Servers and Bartenders
• Removes items that the guests are done with and return to kitchen area.
• Upholds the Mission Statement – We create authentic experiences that rock.
• Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors.
