Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Experience preferred but training available.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of the menu.
• Places dirty dishes and utensils in proper order.
• Polishes silverware.
• Restocks condiments, sugar caddies, and salt/pepper shakers.
• Keeps lost and found articles with supervisor.
• Restocks items brought to dish room to be cleaned.
• Maintains sanitation practices.
• Stocks and folds table napkins.
• Maintains knowledge of property information.
• Runs food items to servers and bartenders.
• Removes items guests are done with and returns to kitchen.
• Represents Hard Rock Biloxi positively with guests and staff.
• Lives by the Hard Rock Values.
