Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, Texas is seeking a friendly Food Runner for Sortino's Italian Kitchen. You will deliver meals promptly, assist servers, and help maintain a smooth dining operation to create a memorable guest experience.

With about one year of front‑of‑house experience preferred and bi‑lingual skills a plus, you’ll join a team that values service excellence and teamwork. This on-site role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to grow with a renowned hospitality

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen and bar with appropriate service trays to guests in a timely manner.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow associates (servers, bussers, host/hostess, food runner, and management) as situations rise.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

Food Runner – Sortino's Italian Kitchen

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Food Runner for our Sortino's Italian Kitchen. In this role, you will provide friendly, responsive service to create a beyond expectation dining experience for all guests. To actively participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll deliver meals promptly and accurately, ensuring food quality and presentation meet expectations for our guests. You’ll assist servers, improve workflow, and help maintain a smooth and efficient dining operation.
