Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Food Runner for Sortino's to deliver meals promptly and accurately, support servers, and help maintain a smooth dining operation for guests. We offer a team-focused environment with emphasis on timely service and presentation.

Pay rate is $7 - $8 per hour plus tips, with opportunities to grow within the resort. Bi-lingual skills are a plus, and prior front-of-house experience is preferred for this role across our Wisconsin Dells, Sandusky, Pocono

Qualifications

• General food and beverage knowledge, involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations is preferred.
• Bi-lingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen and bar with appropriate service trays to guests in a timely manner.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow associates (servers, bussers, host/hostess, food runner, and management) as situations rise.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aFood Runner - Sortinos.In this role, you willdeliver meals promptly and accurately, ensuring food quality and presentation meet expectations for our guests. You’ll assist servers, improve workflow, and help maintain a smooth and efficient dining operation.

As part of our leadership team,you’llembody our Promise toLead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.You’llprovide friendly, responsive service to create a beyond expectation dining experience for all guests. You’ll actively participate with your team and use core values and service expectations in the Kalahari Promise daily.
