Job summary

M1 Concourse's Apex Grille at the X Center in Pontiac is seeking a Service Support-Runner to help deliver food accurately and promptly to guests, support table readiness, and assist the dining room team. You will learn our menu, coordinate with cooks and servers, and grow into additional restaurant roles while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Experience in a restaurant is helpful but not required; enthusiasm, energy, and a willingness to learn are valued as you support the team

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening/closing side work and setup per standards.
• Clear, reset, and reset tables promptly between guests.
• Collaborate with Servers, Bartenders and culinary staff to meet service priorities.
• Deliver food to tables and guests with attention to presentation and accuracy.
• Maintain and stock service stations and ensure cleanliness throughout the shift.
