Job summary

The Apex Grille at M1 Concourse's X Center in Pontiac, Michigan is seeking experienced servers for our opening team. We value polished, personable service over scripts and aim to make guests feel genuinely welcome while you master our food, cocktails, beer and wine.

You will guide guests through the menu, communicate allergies accurately, coordinate with bartenders and culinary teammates, and provide thoughtful recommendations.

Qualifications

• Hospitality professionals with personality, awareness, professionalism and warmth.
• Ability to read a table, understand pacing and guide guests through the menu.
• Knowledge of menu ingredients, beverages and allergens.

Responsibilities

• Accurately takes and enters food and beverage orders, including modifications and allergies.
• Maintains knowledge of menu, beverages, specials and allergen procedures.
• Coordinates with bartenders, runners and culinary team for timely service.
• Provides informed menu recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintains table cleanliness and guest comfort throughout service.
