The Apex Grille at M1 Concourse's X Center in Pontiac, MI is hiring a Food Runner / Service Support for the opening team. You will help ensure timely, accurate, and polished food service, learn the menu, and support table readiness while coordinating with cooks and servers.

Energy, awareness, urgency and composure are valued. Restaurant experience is helpful but not required; this is a great opportunity to grow into other restaurant positions.

Qualifications

• Energetic and attentive to guest needs.
• Willingness to learn the menu and service flow.
• Good communication with servers, kitchen staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to tables promptly and accurately.
• Assist with table readiness, pre-bussing and resets.
• Coordinate with servers and cooks to ensure proper course timing.
• Maintain clean, organized service stations and dining areas.
• Handle service tasks and support events as needed.
