Food Runner, Nest on Four - Signia by Hilton Atlanta (Finance)

The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is seeking a full-time Food Runner to join their Food & Beverage team! This 976-room milestone property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. This role will support both Nest on Four, our upscale sports bar outlet.

Ideal candidate has upscale high-volume restaurant experience. Hotel experience preferred but not required. Seeking someone who takes initiative and has a positive attitude.

Shift Pattern: Variable, with typical shifts from 10:30am-7pm or 4pm-1am. Weekend and holiday availability required.

Pay Rate: $12.25 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Runner, you will be responsible for maintaining and transporting all food products for a designated outlet or outlets, supporting the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specific responsibilities include:

• Preparing and replenishing foods for hot and cold buffets, including fruit, juices, cereals, bread, hot foods, etc.
• Replenishing ice and maintaining sanitation standards for time and temperature control
• Transporting food items to and from the kitchen
• Checking, maintaining, and controlling inventory of food items
• Restocking outlet(s) with inventory and breaking down the buffet for cleaning and setup for the next day
• Performing general cleaning to maintain a clean work area
• Putting away food stock and dry goods according to established standards
