Food Runner (Part-Time), Nest on Four - Signia by Hilton Atlanta (Finance)

The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is seeking a part-time Food Runner to join their Food & Beverage team! This 976-room milestone property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. This role will support both Nest on Four, our upscale sports bar outlet.

Ideal candidate has upscale high-volume restaurant experience. Hotel experience preferred but not required. Seeking someone who takes initiative and has a positive attitude.

Shift Pattern: Variable shifts, typically 10:30am-7pm or 4pm-1am. Weekend/holiday availability required.

Pay Rate: $12.25 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Runner, you will maintain and transport all food products for designated outlets, supporting outstanding guest service and profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and replenishing foods for buffets, including fruits, juices, cereals, bread, hot foods, etc.
• Replenishing ice and maintaining sanitation standards
• Transporting food items to and from the kitchen
• Checking, maintaining, and controlling inventory
• Restocking outlets and breaking down buffets for cleaning and setup
• Performing general cleaning of work areas
• Putting away food stocks and dry goods according to standards
