The Signia by Hilton Atlanta (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/atlwcsa-signia-atlanta-georgia-world-congress-center/dining/) is seeking a part-time Food Runner to join their Food & Beverage team. This 976-room milestone property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. This role will support both Nest on Four, our upscale sports bar outlet.

Ideal candidates have upscale high-volume restaurant experience. Hotel experience is preferred but not required. We seek someone who takes initiative and maintains a positive attitude.

Shift Pattern:

• Variable shifts, typically from 10:30am-7pm or 4pm-1am.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Pay Rate:

$12.25 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Runner, you will be responsible for maintaining and transporting all food products for designated outlets, supporting outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your tasks include:

• Preparing and replenishing foods for hot and cold buffets (fruits, juices, cereals, bread, hot foods, etc.)
• Replenishing ice and maintaining sanitation standards
• Transporting food items to and from the kitchen
• Checking, maintaining, and controlling inventory of food items
• Restocking outlets and breaking down buffets for cleaning and setup for the next day
• Performing general cleaning to maintain a tidy work area
• Properly storing food stocks and dry goods
