The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is seeking a part-time Food Runner to join their Food & Beverage team! This 976-room milestone property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality. This role will support both Nest on Four, our upscale sports bar outlet.

Ideal candidate: Has upscale high-volume restaurant experience. Hotel experience is preferred but not required. Seeks someone who takes initiative and has a positive attitude.

Shift Pattern: Variable, with typical shifts from 10:30am-7pm or 4pm-1am. Weekend/holiday availability required.

Pay Rate: $12.25 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Runner, you will be responsible for maintaining and transporting all food products for designated outlets, supporting outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, your tasks include:

• Preparing and replenishing foods for hot and cold buffets (e.g., fruit, juices, cereals, bread, hot foods)
• Replenishing ice and maintaining sanitation standards
• Transporting food items to and from the kitchen
• Checking, maintaining, and controlling inventory of food items
• Restocking outlets and breaking down buffets for cleaning and setup
• Performing general cleaning to maintain work area cleanliness
• Storing food stock and dry goods according to standards
