Job summary

The Inn at Spanish Bay in Pebble Beach, CA is seeking a Food Runner to fire, coordinate and deliver all food quickly and professionally, acting as a liaison between servers and kitchen. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

You will synchronize front-of-house operations with kitchen staff, maintain complete menu knowledge, describe items on delivery, greet guests, and support a collaborative team while upholding Pebble Beach

Qualifications

• Food safety certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize front of the house operations with the kitchen staff.
• Complete menu knowledge.
• Serve all food according to procedure; check garnish; presentation.
• Describe all items on plate when delivering food to correct tables and positions.
• Complete all side work in a timely manner.
• Welcoming every guest arriving and thanking departing guests.
• Team player who works well with co-workers.
