Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Florida is seeking an Inn Food Runner to support the Food & Beverage team by delivering dining experiences that are accurate, timely, and courteous. Reporting to the Inn Dining Room Manager, you will help maintain Five-Diamond service standards and ensure orders reach tables promptly.

You will work in a fast-paced resort environment, follow safety procedures, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize workstations before service and maintain mise en place.
• Rotate, label, and date food products according to standards.
• Provide a summary of product needs to the Chef for the next shift.
