Responsibilities

• Coordinate and consolidate outgoing food items from the kitchen.
• Assist dining service to guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Liaise between front of house and back of house regarding orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of side stations and working areas.
• Uphold health regulations and proper sanitation standards.
• Assist with service tasks such as beverage refills and pre-bussing.
• Support maintenance of general readiness during opening/closing duties.
