Job summary

Four Winds Casinos Career Site is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage team member to provide dining service to guests with courtesy and professionalism. You will deliver food and beverages, take and fill orders, process payments, and maintain a clean dining area following venue standards.

A Level 4 Gaming License is required, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred. You will work in a casino environment with a focus on guest experience and adherence to cash policies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers prompt, courteous service of food and beverages.
• Takes and fills orders and assists in keeping dining area clean and neat.
• Receives payment and operates cash handling per policies.
• Maintains cleanliness of side stations and stocks supplies.
• Uses POS system, quotes prices, and handles cash and credit transactions.
• Ensures tables are cleared and reset per standards.
• Answers guest questions and refers to management when needed.
