Job summary

Four Winds Casinos is seeking a guest-focused dining server to provide efficient, courteous service to venue guests in a fast-paced casino setting. You will take and fill orders, deliver food and beverages, and maintain a clean, inviting dining area.

Responsibilities include handling payments with accuracy, using the POS system, keeping stock and side stations ready, and assisting guests with questions while upholding safety and venue standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Requires Level 4 Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Delivers prompt, courteous service of food and beverages to venue guests in accordance with venue standards.
• Takes and fills food and drink orders and assists in maintaining guests dining area in a clean and neat manner.
• Receives payment from guests in a prompt and courteous manner; adheres to cash control policies.
• Operates the POS system, quotes prices, gives correct change, and accounts for all cash sales per procedures.
• Clears tables and resets them for new seating, ensuring proper setup and guest satisfaction.
• Maintains cleanliness of side stations, stocks dishes, silverware and paper supplies.
• Answers guest questions and refers to management when needed; monitors alcohol service as required.
