Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly and accurately.
• Verify food presentation, garnishes, and order accuracy before leaving the kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and supervisors.
• Assist servers with food delivery, table maintenance, and guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and expo areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and involve a server or supervisor when needed.
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting dining areas for service.
• Learn menu items and dietary considerations to answer guest questions.
• Support opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
