Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior food running, serving, or kitchen experience required.
• Food Handler certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong sense of urgency, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve completed dishes from the kitchen and verify against the ticket.
• Deliver food to the correct table and confirm course accuracy with guests.
• Communicate delays or quality concerns to expo and kitchen teams.
• Maintain knowledge of daily menu items to answer guest questions.
• Assist with plate presentation and garnish checks.
• Support other staff during peak service and help reset tables.
• Keep expo line and runner stations clean and organized.
• Follow food safety protocols for holding times and temperatures.
